Siree Franks/Center Director and
Registered Music Together^® Teacher

Siree is the director of Beverly Hills Music Together. The mother of 2 girls, Siree has been teaching Music Together for the past 9 years. She discovered Music Together while taking classes with her 10-month-old daughter and fell in love with the program.

Her love of music and her ability to connect with children made teaching Music Together a natural choice for Siree. "I knew it would be a great job for me - but I never expected to love it as much as I do. All of the families in my program are so wonderful - the parents, the grandparents, the nannies and especially all of their beautiful and musical children! Helping them grow and learn is my privilege and my pleasure!"

Shoshana Vogel comes from New York City where she began creating performances with teens and other artists in the settlement houses on the lower east side. She came west to study at UCLA's World Arts & Cultures program, specifically in Culture and Performance Studies. While at UCLA, Shoshana worked to create a link between UCLA Arts & the House of Blues, utilizing the Blues Schoolhouse curriculum in music history and culture. She also developed a vocal music program in LAUSD's travelling enrichment program. This curriculum taught histories and genres of music including opera, jazz, classical and blues, as well as providing musical training and aptitude. Shoshana enjoys bringing musical expression to the little ones. She is particularly excited to work with Siree Franks and Beverly Hills Music Together. Shoshana teaches classical guitar to elementary school students, as well as facilitating workshops in musical history and culture.

Saskia Holmes/Registered Music Together Teacher

Saskia began teaching with us at Beverly Hills Music Together in Spring of 2008 and became an instant favorite! Her early childhood music education began when she was just four years old and introduced to a violin. Her training and incredible talent soon brought her to stages across the world from Russia to Australia and throughout the US.

She is a wonderful musician (violin and guitar) who has studied music at Oxford, Northwestern and earned her BA in music at Colgate.

We can see why Saskia was one of the favorite Music Together teachers at the San Francisco and Marin Music Together centers and feel very lucky to have her warm, playful energy here at Beverly Hills Music Together!
